The input signal is a low-level audio signal with a standard level of 0.750 V. The device is not intended to be connected directly to a loudspeaker output and operates with signal levels from 0.500 to 1 V.
For lower input signal levels, the gain can be increased by replacing resistor R1 with a higher value. The indication dynamics are determined by capacitor C3.
The device operates from a DC supply voltage in the range of 12 to 15 V. The printed circuit board dimensions are 104 x 36 mm.
