Delivery Information

Delivery within Bulgaria
All ordered products are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria via Econt Express courier service, to the recipient’s address or to a courier office, according to the Customer’s choice.

Payment methods (Bulgaria):
   - cash on delivery;
   - bank transfer.

Minimum order value: 5.11 EUR (BGN 9.99).

Orders for products in stock are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday), with a maximum dispatch period of up to 5 business days.

For services or custom-made products, delivery terms are specified in the product description or agreed additionally with the Customer.

Delivery costs are not included in the product or service price and are paid separately to the courier.

Important
When paying by cash on delivery, the Customer must request a receipt from the courier for the paid amount.
If an invoice is issued, it will be included in the shipment in paper form. For accounting purposes, the receipt issued by the courier must be attached to the invoice.

International Delivery
International orders are shipped by courier service or postal operator, depending on the destination country, shipment weight and quantity.

For international orders, payment is accepted by bank transfer only.

Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are calculated individually according to destination and shipment parameters.
