When the power is on, timer waiting triggering impulse + 12V. Upon receipt of the impulse, relay turns on and remained in that position until the set time expires. After the time expires the relay is turned off and remains ready (waiting triggering pulse).
If the pulse remains for a long time, after the time has elapsed the relay remains on. When the pulse drops, the relay immediately turns off. It is activated again when there is a new pulse.
