This circuit is a 4-input audio mixing console, capable to mix four input signals from tape recorder, tuner, gramophone and microphone, equipped also with a sound regulator for low and high audio frequencies and a preamplifier. 
Supply voltage is bipolar and can be adjusted in the range of ±9V to ±18V. Our recommendation is to use assembly kits with Product code, as follows: 1032 - "Uni-polar to bipolar voltage converter" or 1033 - "Power supply ±12V/100mA".
