How it works: 
When power is on, the delay time start. Upon expiry of the time, relay turns on for set time 1 or 5 minutes. Time select of W2. W2 cloced - 1 minute, W2 open - 5 minute. After this time relay turns off and the cycle is repeated until the power is not turned off. 
LED indication for power is on and activated relay. 
The relay start time is set by a trimmer potentiometer (1 to 24 hours). 
By jumper W1 is selected seconds or hours. This serves to set the time relay OFF. W1 closed - seconds. W1 open - hours. Select seconds and adjusts the time. Then, changes to hours. The selection is performed at power off.

- Normally open contact - NO. 
- Common contact - COM. 
- Normally closed contact - NC. 
Relay: 15А/125V DC, 15A/24V DC or AC, 10A/250V AC. 
Power supply - 10 to 14V DC. 
Current relay is turned off - 8mA, current relay is turned on - 48mA.
