The home alarm system is based on a Microchip microcontroller and is designed for protecting residential properties, offices, and small premises.
The system features two security zones and a panic button. Its operation is organized with predefined arming, disarming, and alarm timing intervals. After arming, an exit delay allows the user to leave the protected area while the zones remain inactive and only the panic button is active.
When a sensor is triggered, the system enters a warning mode and activates the alarm signal if not disarmed. Alarm outputs are implemented using two relays - one for a siren and one for an additional load such as a siren or lighting.
LED indicators provide clear visual information about system and zone status.

Functions and Operating Modes
Arming delay (exit time): 45 sec.
Zone 1 (door sensor) and zone 2 (window or motion sensor) are inactive.
Panic button remains active.
Disarming delay (after door opening): 20 sec.
Alarm signal duration: 165 sec.

Indicators, Inputs, and Outputs
LED D4:
- Blinks at 2 Hz during arming delay,
- Blinks when a door is opened until disarmed or alarm activation,
- Blinks (1.5 sec ON / 0.5 sec OFF) during or after alarm activation.
LED D3:
- ON when the alarm system is armed.
LED D5 and D6:
- ON during normal (non-triggered) zone status.
Inputs:
- S1 - zone 1 (door sensor, normally closed contact),
- S2 - zone 2 (window or motion sensor, normally closed contact),
- Panic button - normally open contact.
Outputs:
- Relay P1 - siren output (1.5 sec ON / 0.5 sec OFF during alarm),
- Relay P2 - siren or lighting output (continuous ON during alarm).
