The HK1587 code door lock is designed for access control applications and is based on a Microchip microcontroller. The device is a fully assembled module suitable for building standalone access control systems.
The system features two zones:
- Zone 1 - door sensor input for monitoring door status.
- TMR zone - 24-hour tamper protection zone for wiring and system integrity.
The code lock includes an internal push button for door opening from the inside. It uses two four-digit codes: a user code for door opening and closing (depending on the selected operating mode) and an engineer code for programming.
The operating mode of the code lock can be changed, and both user and engineer codes are configurable. The door unlock time can be set to 5 seconds, 10 seconds, or remain unlocked until a valid code is entered.
After three consecutive incorrect code entries, the system can be set to block operation for 30 seconds, 60 seconds, or operate without lockout, depending on the configuration. Device status and operation are indicated by audible and visual signals. Control is performed via a 12-key keypad.
