How it works: 
When power is on, the delay time start. Upon expiry of the time, relay turns ON and remain in this position until cut off the power. By restart power supply - cycle repeat. 
LED indication for power is on and activated relay. 
The time is set by a trimmer potentiometer (1 to 30 seconds, minutes or hours). 
Time delay between 1 and 30 seconds, minutes or hours. 
- W1 closed, W2 closed - secounds. 
- W1 closed, W2 open - minutes. 
- W1 open, W2 closed - hours. 
Select seconds and adjusts the time. Then, if necessary, changes to minutes or hours. The selection is performed at power off. 
Fully assembled.

The output, is relay with: 
- Normally open contact - NO. 
- Common contact - COM. 
- Normally closed contact - NC. 
Relay: 15А/125V DC, 15A/24V DC or AC, 10A/250V AC. 
Power supply - 10 to 14V DC. 
Current relay is turned off - 8mA, current relay is turned on - 48mA. 

This product is fully assembled and tested, with a box.
