The HK1701 headlight reminder version 2 is a ready-to-use enclosed device designed to alert the driver both when headlights are forgotten OFF and when they are forgotten ON. The device improves driving safety and helps prevent car battery discharge.
The unit operates in two modes. When the ignition is turned ON and the lights are OFF, an audible signal reminds the driver to switch on the headlights. In the second mode, when the lights are ON and a door is opened, the device emits a warning indicating that the headlights have been left on.
The device is intended for installation inside the vehicle cabin and requires three wire connections. The red wire connects to the positive terminal of the parking lights, the black wire to the door switch, and the blue wire to the ignition switch positive.
The compact enclosure allows easy and discreet installation without any adjustments or configuration.
